THE PANEL REVIEW

Scheduled for June 6-20 (virtual), judges will independently review assigned submissions against the evaluation criteria and provide feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of each proposal.  The required for your review will depend  on the number of proposals being reviewed, but for scheduling purposes, plan on 2-8 hours of commitment across these 12 days. TBD: Non-civil servant panelists will receive a $50-$200/per day honorarium.

Volunteer judges will be required to commit a 1 hour winners selection call (June 21-22),  as well as participate in a one hour training call on June 1st, 2023.

We encourage applications from historically excluded communities, especially women, members of underrepresented minority groups, and persons with disabilities. The final panel will be selected to ensure programmatic balance.
